Ascend 2024 Conference
The River Church is affiliated with Evangel Association of Churches and Ministries, a global network of ministries and churches that is led by Dr. Sherill Piscopo. ord of God on a weekly basis. EACM provides spiritual support, guidance, oversight, and credentialing to those looking to further the kingdom of God.
EACM's annual conference is a four day event that includes ministry nights, prophetic call out rooms, dynamic seminars, and concludes with a ceremony honoring graduates from Destiny School of Ministry.

October is Clergy Appreciation Month and the time is here to celebrate our humble leaders, Bishop Frank Eluett and Pastor Phyllis Eluett for all that they have done in Ministry! God has given us leaders after His own heart, as mentioned in Jeremiah 3:15, and our leaders have always sacrificed their own wellbeing to ensure that we receive the Word of God on a weekly basis.

Dr. Gennaro "Jerry" Piscopo
It comes with the deepest sympathy to share that Dr. Jerry Piscopo passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021.
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 KJV
Drs. Jerry Piscopo & Sherill Piscopo are near and dear to our hearts at The River Church. They have kept us covered under their leadership for many years. It was always a joy to host them in our Sanctuary on their visits and their teachings will be with us forever.
May God Bless the Piscopo Family and Keep Them is our Prayers.
